1. Announcements and/or commercials cannot contain any profanity, vulgarity, hate or defamation.
2. We reserve the right to refuse to record any announcements that we deem inappropriate.
3. If your announcement or commercial requires a music bed, you must provide it and are responsible for all licensing fees.
4. Editing of our finished product to you is strictly prohibited. We keep copies of all production work on file.
5. Buyer agrees that we can use your finished product as a sample to demonstrate our production abilities.
6. Your order will be delivered via email in MP3 format within 72 hours of receiving approved copy along with payment.
7. If you require a hard copy of your production in the form of a CD, a $5.00 service charge will be added for shipping and handling.
8. Payment can be made via PayPal or Money Order. If paying by check, a clearing period must be allowed.
9. When placing your order, please make note of any special requirements on our inquiry form.
